A very nice thermal hotel, large complex, very clean rooms, nice staff. The choice in the breakfast buffet and at dinner is big and everything tastes very good. A shuttle service from and to the airport has been arranged. The hotel is only 2 km away from the shopping centre and can be reached on foot. The wellness area is huge and modern/oriental furnished.
I liked everything:)

Our recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of luxurious. the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, and we enjoyed spending time in the Indoor swimming pool, the sauna, and the Jacuzzi. the massage we received was heavenly and we appreciated the attentive service.

Clean hotel, many bathrooms especially suitable for relaxing.
Various drinks should be included in the price (e.g. cola, coffee etc.). Outdoor dining should be non-smoking and there should be more activities for small children. The room equipment could be more modern and repair some things. (shower hose and holder). Air conditioning cools poorly.

There is nothing wrong with this hotel.
The mattress in one of the two big beds in the room was quite worn out.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Turkey. The facilities were top-notch, with a huge spa area that surpassed our expectations. The staff were friendly, accommodating and kept the hotel spotless. We also loved the dinner buffet and tea selection, which were some of the best we have experienced. Additionally, the location near the restaurant made it easy to grab a bite without having to travel far.
Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

The room was clean and the view from the window was nice. The hotel is located near the city center and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet was good and there was a variety of food to choose from.
The staff was rude and unhelpful. They didn't provide any information about the hotel or the surrounding area.

This hotel is a wonderful place to spoil yourselves. the rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. the service is of very high quality and the breakfast had plenty of choices. the spa, sauna, Turkish bath were top-notch, and the tea and dinner buffet were great. the hotel offers a swimming cap when you couldn’t find yours. Kids have a big playground and the girl working there is very friendly, while the location is calm and quiet, a perfect spot to relax.
The Wi-Fi can be disappointing, as it did not work in some rooms.

Spent a fantastic New Year's Eve in a deluxe room with my partner. the hotel was well-located close to key tourist attractions. the food offered was delicious, especially the local delicacies, and there were plenty of options for both vegetarians and meat lovers. the spa facilities were amazing, and we enjoyed relaxing in the sauna and Turkish bath. the staff was friendly and always willing to help, and we appreciated being offered a complimentary drink upon arrival.
The room was a bit smaller than we expected, and we could hear noise from the hallway and other guests even with the door closed. the Wi-Fi signal was not very strong in some areas of the hotel, and we had some trouble connecting to it.
